Complaints Procedure

Step 1 — Tell us
Email hello@bohzoaccountants.co.uk with “Complaint” in the subject, or raise it in your WhatsApp thread. Include what happened and what outcome you're looking for. We acknowledge within 2 working days.
Step 2 — Investigation
A person not involved in the original work reviews the file and responds within 10 working days with findings and a proposed resolution. If we got it wrong, we say so, fix it at our cost, and cover any penalty our error caused.
Step 3 — Escalation
Not satisfied? Reply saying so and the complaint goes to a director of Bohzo Ltd for a final internal review within a further 10 working days.
Beyond us
If you remain unhappy after our final response you may pursue the matter through the courts, and nothing in this procedure limits your statutory rights. Complaints about how we handled personal data can also go to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Our promise
Complaints are logged, reviewed quarterly, and treated as free consultancy on where we need to improve. Nobody's service gets worse because they complained.
