Refund Policy

Before work starts

Paid but changed your mind before we've begun? Full refund, no questions, within 5 working days. (If identity verification has been performed, its third-party cost may be deducted — currently a few pounds, and we'll tell you the exact figure.)

Once work is underway

If you cancel mid-engagement we refund the fee less a fair proportion for work already done, itemised so you can see how it was calculated. Completed and filed work is not refundable.

If we've got something wrong

Where our work contains a material error, we correct it at our own cost first. If we can't put it right, we refund the fee for the affected work in full — and if our error caused an HMRC or Companies House penalty, we cover the penalty too.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans have no lock-in: cancel any time and the plan ends at the close of the paid month. Months already delivered aren't refunded; a month in which we've delivered nothing yet is.

Back to the original payment method, within 5 working days of the refund being agreed.
