1. Who you're dealing with

Services described on this site are provided by IGI Security Services Ltd (Company No. 15881180), trading as Bohzo Accountants. These terms govern use of the website; each client engagement is governed by an individual engagement letter, which takes precedence for that engagement.

2. Quotes and fixed fees

Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee in writing before work begins. Published “from” prices reflect the simplest case of each service; your written quote is the binding price. A fixed fee never changes during a job — genuinely new work is quoted separately before it starts.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information, respond to reasonable requests in time to meet deadlines, and approve work before filing. Filing deadlines remain your legal responsibility where records reach us too late to meet them — we will always tell you when a deadline is at risk.

4. Our responsibilities

We deliver the engaged services with reasonable skill and care, keep your data confidential, track the deadlines covered by your engagement, and file nothing without your approval. If a penalty arises from our error, we cover it, and we carry professional indemnity insurance.

5. Identity checks

UK money-laundering regulations require us to verify every client's identity before acting. We cannot begin substantive work until verification completes.

6. Website content

Content on this site is general guidance, not personal advice — see the advice disclaimer. We may update the site, fees for new quotes, and these terms at any time; changes never affect a fixed fee already agreed.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our aggregate liability for website use is limited to £100, and liability under an engagement is as set out in its engagement letter.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
