IGI Security Services Ltd (Company No. 15881180), trading as Bohzo Accountants, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in delivering our services. What we collect and why

• Enquiry data — name, contact details and what you tell us about your needs, used to respond and quote (legal basis: steps prior to a contract).
• Client data — identity documents, financial records, tax information, used to deliver the engaged services and to file with HMRC and Companies House on your behalf (legal bases: contract and legal obligation).
• Identity verification data — collected at onboarding because accountancy providers must verify clients under UK money-laundering regulations (legal basis: legal obligation).
• Usage data — basic analytics about how the site is used, to improve it (legal basis: legitimate interests).

Who we share data with

HMRC and Companies House when filing for you; software providers that host our systems (bound by processing agreements); and nobody else except where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Client records are kept for at least six years after the end of the engagement, as tax law and our regulatory obligations require, then securely deleted. Enquiry data from people who don't become clients is deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. Write to hello@bohzoaccountants.co.uk — we respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

International transfers and security

Data is stored on systems located in the UK or in jurisdictions covered by UK adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards. Records travel over encrypted channels and are held on access-controlled systems.
