Why choose Bohzo Accountants in Parc?
Upload, approve, filed. The whole engagement runs from your phone or laptop, on your schedule rather than office hours.
Before we touch anything for a Parc client, the fee is in writing — and it stays put. Hourly billing doesn't exist here.
Every filing date that applies to you goes in our diary the day you join — and we chase the records, not the other way round.
Bohzo Accountants is a trading name of Bohzo Ltd, Company No. 15031604.
Online accountants vs the high street
A high-street accountant in Wales typically bills by the hour, meets by appointment and prices each extra question. We work the other way round: one fixed fee agreed in writing before anything starts, every question included, and the whole engagement handled online — which is exactly why we can serve Parc at fees a walk-in office can't match.
There's no office to fund in Parc and no office to visit: records travel through our secure portal or WhatsApp, approvals happen on your phone, and filings go to HMRC and Companies House electronically. You get the same qualified work — minus the overheads, the travel and the surprises on the invoice.

| Streflyn | 1.8 miles | north |
| Llangower | 2.0 miles | south-east |
| Pentre-piod | 2.2 miles | south-east |

Accountants in Parc: FAQs
Do you have an office in Parc?
No — and that's deliberate. We're online accountants serving Parc and the whole UK: records travel through our secure portal or WhatsApp, filings go to HMRC electronically, and the savings on premises show up in our fixed fees.
Which accounting services are available in Parc?
All our core services are available in Parc: Self Assessment, limited company accounts, bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, corporation tax, sole trader accounts and company formation — each at a fixed fee. Specialist services are available on request.
I searched "accountant near me" — do you actually cover Parc?
Yes — Parc is fully covered. We're online accountants, so "near" works differently: no office to drive to, but same-day responses, filings handled for Parc businesses every week, and local detail like Wales deadlines and postcodes built into how we work. For most people that beats an office across town they'd visit once a year.
How quickly can you start?
Usually the same week. Message us on WhatsApp, get your fixed quote in writing, complete online onboarding (including the identity checks UK accountants must run), and send your records — most engagements start within days.
How do your fixed fees work?
Every job is quoted as one fixed price in writing before work starts, and that price never changes mid-job. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices — if something extra comes up, it gets its own quote first.
Tax, briefly — the parts that affect Parc
Receipts win arguments. HMRC doesn't demand a shoebox of paper any more — photos in an app are fine — but every deduction needs evidence behind it. A ten-minute weekly habit beats a January archaeology dig, every time.
Timing disposals across tax years, using losses properly, and the spousal transfer rules can all legitimately reduce capital gains bills — but only before the sale. CGT planning after completion is just arithmetic.
Rental profits need reporting once they're more than trivial, and the rules differ for furnished holiday lets, rent-a-room and ordinary lets. Landlords are also in the first wave of Making Tax Digital — property income counts towards the £50,000 threshold.
Dividends can only be paid from accumulated profits, and paperwork matters: board minutes and dividend vouchers, dated correctly. "Illegal dividends" isn't dramatic language — overdrawn payments can be reclassified, with tax consequences, if the profits weren't there.
The first tax bill is the hardest because it can arrive with payments on account attached — up to 150% of the year's tax in one go. New businesses that save a quarter to a third of profits from day one never feel it.
From April 2026, self-employed people and landlords with qualifying income over £50,000 move onto Making Tax Digital for Income Tax: digital records and quarterly updates to HMRC, not one annual return. The year before is the right time to get bookkeeping into shape.
A good accountant should be able to tell you, in plain English, what they'll do, when, and for exactly how much. Vagueness on any of the three is the tell. Everything else — size of firm, fancy office, distance from Parc — is decoration.
Online Self Assessment returns are due by 31 January, along with any balancing payment — and HMRC's £100 penalty applies the moment the deadline passes, even if you owe nothing. Most Parc clients who come to us in January still file on time; the records just need to arrive before the last week.
